Pasaż Kultury/ the Culture Walkway plays the role of the Festival Club during the Malta Festival Poznań 2011. In daytime, it is a place where you can stop by to have coffee and snacks, tot lak about the Festival events and to meet the artists. At night, it turns into Poznań’s muisc centre. This year, the Culture Walkway will host, among others, Hellow Dog, Bloodgroup, Kiss Kiss Kiss, Hjaltalin. Every night,a t midnight, we invite you to the Silent Disco where the dancing and fun will go on until the morning. The Culture Walkway was created in 2009, at the initative of the Malta Foundation. It was soon joined by Galeria Miejska Arsenał and Estrada Poznańska. The goal of this initiative was to provide a new venue for cultural practices at a site which, despite its excellent location, had, until then, been neglected. During lasts editions of Malta Festival Poznań, a wide variety of stars, including The Irrepressibles, Pati Yang, Ye: Solar, FM Belfast, Julia Marcell. Abigail Hopkins, Snowman. The Bar is run by Restauracja Powozownia.

RESTAURANTS
Restaurant Ratuszova is the oldest restaurant in the Old Market Square in Poznań. Its affiliation with the Old Polish tradition is demonstrated in the interior design and, most importantly, the cuisine. Ratuszova features a restaurant, bar and café. Biking at Malta Festival Poznań 2011
The Malta Foundation has been actively involved in various environmental projects. In the past, we have promoted travelling by public transport and biking. This year also we come back with Malta’s bike rental. We will encourage our audience to cycle between the Festival venues. Apart from its undisputable convenience, another asset of this means of transport is its availability, both in terms of costs and logistics. The Festival audience will be able to avail of preferential bike rental terms: cycling between Malta venues for free! And from 4 to 9 July we will open dedicated rental sites: in Stary Rynek (Old Market Square), next to the Poznań International Fair at Śniadeckich Street, next to the Aula Artis and at Malta Lake.
